Ancillary Events
All events held adjacent to the National Conference must be reviewed and approved by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Utilize the Ancillary Events Request Form to request meeting space at one of the conference venues. Events will be reviewed and approved on a first come, first-served basis. Please note, space is extremely limited at the Headquarters Hotel, Hyatt Regency Orlando.
Exhibits
The AAP National Conference & Exhibition is the most comprehensive pediatric meeting in the world and represents the full spectrum of pediatric medical professionals and decision-makers, including pediatricians in general practice and subspecialities, young physicians, pediatric residents, and other allied health professionals.
AAP exhibitors specialize in pharmaceuticals, health care, infant feeding nutrition, publications, computer technology, and recruiting.
Exhibitor Meeting Suites
Take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to secure an Exhibitor Meeting Suite at the Convention Center. Exhibiting companies may rent a suite on a daily basis, for use during exhibit hall hours. Exhibitor Meeting Suites are conveniently located on the exhibit hall floor and are customizable allowing for maximum flexibility to host meetings.
Industry/Foundation-Sponsored Symposia
Host an in-person symposium in conjunction with the 2024 AAP National Conference & Exhibition! All sessions and events will take place in Orlando, FL. A limited virtual attendee experience also will be available.
Symposia are education programs planned and implemented by an ACCME-accredited organization external to the AAP in which AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ is designated. Symposia take place outside of the National Conference education program and are the responsibility of the symposium host.
Symposia are not sponsored, endorsed, or accredited by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Product Theaters
Product Theaters are non-CME educational presentations from exhibiting companies during the conference. Participating in the Product Theater program allows exhibitors to educate attendees about the hottest pediatric medical advancements and treatments.
Exhibits Scavenger Hunt
The Exhibits Scavenger Hunt is an activation that drives traffic to your booth and promotes direct engagement with representatives. Participating exhibitors will submit a question about their product/service for the game which attendees will answer by scanning a QR code in your booth. Correct answers will earn them points to move up the leaderboard. Participating exhibitors can access a list of attendees who engage with their QR code during the game.
