International Attendees
The 2026 National Conference & Exhibition will take place in San Diego, California (USA) from October 2–6, 2026.
By attending this event, you agree to follow the AAP Code of Conduct and Health & Safety policies. Please review these policies before registering. Contact us if you have questions.
Letter of Invitation (Visa Support)
If you need a U.S. visa to attend the conference, you may request an official Letter of Invitation from AAP.
- Complete the Invitation Letter Request Form. The letter will be emailed once the request has been submitted.
- Apply for your visa as early as possible, at least 3–4 months before travel
The invitation letter is optional, but it may support your visa application. The letter does not guarantee entry to the United States.
AAP cannot contact U.S. embassies or government offices on your behalf.
International Group Registration
International Group Registration is available for groups of five (5) or more attendees.
Eligible participants include:
- AAP member physicians
- Non-member physicians
- Allied health professionals (non-MD)
Registration options:
- Full Conference (in-person)
- Virtual‑Only
Group coordinators may:
- Submit one attendee list for the group
- Make one combined payment for all registrations

AAP will only charge the exact registration amount needed. Fee adjustments may be made if required.
Cancellations & Name Changes

International Group Housing (Required)
International groups must book hotel rooms through IGH, AAP’s official housing partner.
Penalty:
A fee of $125 per person will apply if rooms are not booked through IGH.
