Lactation Lounge
Relaxing and convenient individual rooms are provided in the Lactation Lounges for attendees who are nursing. Lounges also offer a refrigerator for storing milk. There will be 2 Lactation Lounges onsite at the 2025 National Conference. Sponsors will be recognized on Lactation Lounge signage and in marketing materials. Sponsors may supply the lounges with products or supplies.
AAP Friends of Children Fund 5k Fun Run & Walk*
Promote health and wellness among families and pediatricians while raising awareness and support for child health initiatives. Sponsors will be recognized on the Fun Run t-shirt and in marketing materials.
Community Cares Volunteer Project*
The AAP is committed to hosting a meeting that reflects our mission and values. AAP is partnering with a local organization and conference attendees to provide support to the community of Denver. Sponsors will be recognized in marketing materials and onsite during the event. The 2025 project will be announced soon!
Global Exchange*
Located in the Connections Corner, the Global Exchange is a resource for all international attendees and will include conference information in multiple languages, a bi-lingual staff person, and a place for international attendees to network. Sponsor will be recognized in marketing materials and onsite via structure branding.
Trivia Night*
The AAP will host Trivia Night where attendees test their pediatric and pop culture knowledge. This is a popular and engaging event open to all attendees and guests. Sponsors will be recognized in marketing materials and onsite during the event.
Exhibit Reception Host*
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to host one of our most popular events during the conference. Upgrade your hosting sponsorship by offering attendees an exclusive experience in your booth during the reception such as a signature drink, dessert, or giveaway. Exhibit Reception Hosts will be recognized for their support in prominent locations at the reception. Any upgrades offered by hosts will be noted to attendees.

AAP Playground
Share your commitment to children and the families of pediatricians by sponsoring the AAP Playground. The AAP Playground is located in a high traffic location at the convention center. Parents can bring their children to play and burn energy during the conference. The sponsor will be recognized in marketing materials and onsite signage/playground structure. The sponsor can also donate toys for added recognition.

AAP Wellness Hub*
The AAP Wellness Hub is one of the main attractions in Connections Corner. Attendees can visit the Wellness Hub to ask experts questions about health & wellness, exercise, nutrition, mental health, etc. Our experts give presentations on the latest trends throughout the duration of the conference. The Hub is located in a high traffic area filled with seating for attendee networking as well as other booths that are part of Connections Corner. Sponsors will be recognized in marketing materials, on the booth structure, and presentation shout-outs. Presentations are shared in Connections Corner and Exhibit Hall.
Puppy Playpen – *SOLD for 2025*
Located in the Exhibit Hall, attendees will shake out their conference wiggles with shelter pups in our playful puppy playpen. Sponsor will be recognized in marketing materials, on prominent signage, and paw print floor decals.
Kids’ Camp Family Reception*
Over 1,000 attendees and family members attend the Kids’ Camp Family Reception! The event includes food, games, activities, crafts and all sorts of entertainment for children of all ages. There are many unique company or product exposure opportunities available for this incredible event. Sponsors will be recognized in marketing materials and onsite signage.

Becoming a General Conference Supporter allows the AAP to use funds to support various educational sessions and other programs during the National Conference.

President’s Welcome Reception*
To kick off of the National Conference, the President’s Welcome Reception provides over 3,500 conference attendees the opportunity to network with other colleagues or party the night away listening to a great local band. Sponsors will be recognized in marketing materials, a table at the entrance, onsite signage, and projected logo during the reception. Sponsors have the option to staff their entrance table with a representative to hand out promotional items and engage with attendees.


Tech Bar
The Tech Bar is a great resource for attendees looking for assistance with their devices or the conference platform. The Tech Bar staff also present informational sessions on technology trends and communication strategies.
