Note: A maximum of five (5) rooms are allowed at one of the Headquarters Hotels – Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina (HQ) or Hilton San Diego Bayfront (Co-HQ) for each exhibiting company based on availability.
Larger room blocks are offered at non-headquarter hotels.

No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of AAP. These companies have not entered agreements with the San Diego, California hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
