Mobility

Scooters rental is available for the duration of the conference.
Accessible parking is available at the Colorado Convention Center.
ADA accessible registration is available onsite.
ADA hotel rooms within the AAP hotel block available upon request.
ADA reserved seating in plenary sessions, seminar rooms, and section/council programs.
ADA shuttles available upon request.
ADA counter at main Information Booth.

Hearing

Closed captioning is provided for plenary sessions and additional programming for both the Full Conference experience and Virtual-Only.
Check the schedule for a list of programs.

A limited number of noise-canceling headphones and ear plugs will be available onsite at special events featuring live entertainment.

Bilingual Resources

Dedicated International Registration.
Website translator for multiple languages available for Conference Schedule and website.
Spanish/English simultaneous translation for designated sessions.
Spanish speaking assistance at Information Booth, Tech Bar, Wellness Hub, Global Exchange Booth, and Registration.
Welcome banners and signage in multiple languages.
Global Exchange booth to assist international attendees navigate conference.

Buffets will have menu labels clearly indicating ingredients and/or accommodations.

Neurodiversity

Sensory kits will be available for attendees at the main Information Booth.
The Quiet Room will be available for attendees to recharge.
