Badge Access Information

Product theater staff and the speaker will utilize the exhibiting company’s badge allotment.  The key contact for the exhibit booth has been provided with a registration link that is specific to the company, along with an access code.

For security purposes, individuals must show a photo ID in order to obtain their exhibitor badge.  Online registration for badges will cut off on Friday September 26 at 7:00pm. Individuals will be asked for proof of employment in order to obtain their badge (Company ID, Business card, Email domain). Badge reprints will incur a lost badge fee of $100. This includes the speaker and all staff supporting the product theater.

The exhibit badge is the only badge with access to the exhibit hall before the exhibit hall is open. If product theater speakers or staff are registered as an attendee, they will only have access to the exhibit hall when it is open.
