AV Information & List
Presentations must be submitted to Eva Fujino efujino@aap.org to provide to the AAP AV company to test. The PPT slide format is 16:9. All electronic files must be submitted in one of the formats listed below:
- PowerPoint 2010-2013
- USB Drives should be PC Formatted
- Preferred video format: .mpg .wmv
- Acceptable video formats (may require conversion, please allow extra time
- mov, .avi, .mpg, .mp4, .wmv
- PDF Reader: Adobe Acrobat X
Additional audio-visual equipment required for presentations will be billed directly to the presenting company. (30) minutes of rehearsal will be provided in the package. Additional rehearsal time will be billed directly to the presenting company. Please submit rehearsal requests to Eva Fujino efujino@aap.org . *Note: Any recordings are the presenting companies responsibility. AAP team will not provide recordings.

- Cue light
- Laser pointer
- Wireless presentation remote to advance slides
- Computer audio
- Projector and screen
- Podium microphone
- Wireless microphone
- Tech in area to assist with audio and presentations.
- (2) lead retrieval scanners per presentation. Note: it is the presenting company’s responsibility to capture leads.
