The 2025 National Conference will begin on Friday, September 26 and conclude on Tuesday, September 30.

Registration Information
How do I register for the 2025 National Conference and Exhibition?
Registration is now open. Click here to register.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
You will receive an email confirmation right after you register. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact registration by calling 1-800-433-9016, option 3 or send us an email.
Will I receive a receipt for payment?
Your email confirmation is your receipt for payment.
Can I register for one day only?
Yes, we now offer One Day Only registration. For more information visit our Conference Registration page
What is the conference cancellation policy?
Requests for registration cancellations must be e-mailed by September 12, 2025. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued after September 12th.
I’m having trouble registering, who can I contact for assistance?
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact AAP Registration at 1-800/433-9016, option 3, or registration@aap.org. International attendees may contact us at 630/626-6000, option 3.
Do I have to buy tickets to the special events?
The only special event that requires attendees to purchase tickets is the Denver Experience! at Meow Wolf Denver.

Hotel Information
Where can I find information on booking a hotel room?
Registration and hotel reservations for the 2025 National Conference and Exhibition will open for members May 1, 2025 at 10:00am CST, and non-members May 8, 2025 at 10:00am CST.
Education Information
Where can I find the conference schedule?
The conference schedule will be available May 1, 2025.
Will all sessions be recorded?
Only select sessions will be available for viewing after the conference. Please visit the conference schedule to see a list of session recordings.
